By sending a CV, the job applicant agrees that his/her personal details contained in the CV will be stored in accordance of law Nr. 101/2000 Sb. (zákon o ochraně osobních údajů) and will be as such kept in the database of work applicants of company Cargo-Hortim, spol. s r.o. at the personnel department for a period of 6 months for the purpose of possible future job tenders. For this purpose they can be obtained by the management of Cargo-Hortim, spol. s r.o. At the same time the job applicant aknowledges that he-she provides their details voluntarily.

Instructions

The provided approval can be at any time withdrawn via a registered letter to the personnel department to address Cargo-Hortim spol. s r.o., Kšírova 242, 619 00 Brno. Job applicant who finds out or assumes that company Cargo-Hortim, spol. s r.o. processes his / her personal data not in accordance with the law can ask for an explanation from Cargo-Hortim and can also demand that Cargo-Hortim rectifies the situation or can also address the Department for protection of personal data ( Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů)
